些学术腐败分子，因为他们的在做作所为已经严重损害了中国的名誉。
　　请你们仔细察看以下信息，美国哥伦比亚大学分子心脏病研究所Andrew R.
6 X9 e3 }6 Q& J5 i% Q0 q1 A$ ]Marks教授(他目前是美国科学院院士，前临床调查( journal of clinical
investigation JCI)杂志主编）最近发现中国杭州师范大学薛树仁、上海复星医
药公司Yu Xue、复旦大学上海医学院Rong Xue等剽窃该所2001年在Circulation
* |1 j* u3 ?/ e  e9 l杂志上的论文，于2007年3月在国际心血管杂志发表。令人气愤和发指的是，薛
等竟然完全抄袭论文，连插图都几乎未做修改。以下是Andrew R. Marks给国际
心血管杂志主编的投诉信，附带两篇论文。

It has come to my attention that a paper by Shu-ren Xue published in
' k, P2 y9 [1 i& m# H0 v7 bthe International Journal of Cardiology "Carvedilol restore cardiac
# a+ p2 c! b, g% \1 K  ~$ l" ?calcium release channel structure and function in heart failure" vol
116, pages 231-235 (attached) is a blatant and outrageous plagiarism
of a paper from my lab (also attached) published in Circulation in
  U6 L; h) ]7 A7 P2001.
The figure in the Xue et al paper was copied from my paper!  Much of
the text was also copied.
! x" y; J* _% J8 b  C/ i2 X7 ]I leave it to you to decide how to handle this situation but at the
% C5 \1 b& f3 h; O* Z2 rvery least I would expect the paper to be retracted, and the deans at
+ u. |3 A& N8 e/ v8 jthe authors' institutions contacted to report this blatant fraud.  I
) e* A7 l/ @1 ~  \% ^  a* aam happy to say that in my five years as editor of the JCI I never
1 w/ S5 H, \8 ]9 ^  W/ @- ssaw such an outrageous incident!
